Hey Wipeouts!

We have Divisionals this weekend.  As Coach Ethan stated in his letter, we have a real opportunity to win Divisionals for the first time in a long time.  Coach Ethan has requested that you let us know if your swimmer will be participating in Divisionals this weekend by noon tomorrow, June 14th.  Please email Coach Ethan or put a note in the Coaches Notebook tomorrow at practice if your swimmer will not be able to compete.  We need every swimmer that is available to show up at Divisionals as this will be our toughest meet of the season.  We are undefeated going into Divisionals.  We have won most of our meets by a large margin of victory.  Please do not take Divisionals lightly as we will be competing against all the teams at once.  Many of the teams we competed against had very good groups of swimmers.  This is the one meet that simply having a larger swim team does not guarantee a first place finish.  If we have swimmers that are entered into events at Divisionals and they do not show up, we will be calling them the morning of the meet. We just wanted to make everyone aware of the importance of showing up for a meet when they commit do so.  We would love nothing more than to come home with the First place trophy from Divisionals to our new home location!
