Good Morning, Parents! 

This email is to inform you of your volunteer status. Please see the list below for your completed number of volunteer hours.  Each shift was counted as two hours; if you have 4x next to your name, that means you have completed four shifts/eight hours and need one more shift/two hours; 3x =  six hours and you need two more shifts/four hours, and so on.  There are shifts available for this weekend's divisional meet. If you log on and all shifts are filled please email me. I can remove someone from a shift who has already fulfilled their volunteer requirement & add you in their place. If you do not plan on fulfilling your volunteer requirement, please let us know.  If you have questions please feel free to email or call me.  I will also be at all practices tomorrow morning, I'd be happy to help you then.
