Hey Wipeouts!

The PACK seminar will be tomorrow, Wednesday, May 3rd.  PACK seminar is an opportunity for our swimmers to get some coaching from PACK and provide some techniques to help improve our swimmers.  

Ages 7-10 will be from 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM.  

11 and up swimmers will be from 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM.  

We will have practice for our 6 and under swimmers from 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM.  

These times are for this night only.

- Coaches Notebook is available at the front table as you walk into the pool  This is an opportunity to provide feedback to our coaches.  It will have tabs for each meet where you can list your swimmer if they can not make a meet for that particular Saturday.
