It gives us great pleasure that our Board of Directors can finally announce our new Wipeouts head coach, Robert Slaughter.  After an exhaustive search over the last 6-9 months, we believe we have found a great, young, vibrant coach for our great, young and vibrant Wipeouts team! He comes to us from right here in the Klein area and his experience in the pool is elite.

Hi, everyone! I'm Coach Robert, and I'm thrilled to be leading the Wipeouts this season! With a lifelong love of swimming and years of being in the pool, I'm excited to share my passion and knowledge with all of you.

I began swimming in summer league at the age of three, then shortly after I joined a club team. During that time, I earned first place in the 100 Butterfly at Long Course TAGS which ranked me #5 in the Nation. I continued to swim through High School at Klein High and finished my high school career as a four-time state champion and nine-time all-American.

When I'm not coaching, you can find me studying computer programming at Lone Star University or playing soccer with friends. I believe that balance is key to success both in and out of the pool, and I'm excited to help you all reach your full potential this season. Let's go Wipeouts!
