Hey Wipeouts swimmers and families,,

My trust is that everyone is safe and healthy during these unprecedented times with Covid-19.

We have some unfortunate news to share with the team which was just voted on by NWAL (Northwest Houston Aquatic League) late last night.

The 2020 summer swim season has been unfortunately canceled.

For some, this was to be the first year swimming and the excitement was overflowing. For others this may have been their last season to swim with the Wipeouts and they were undoubtedly looking forward to putting an exclamation point on the years of involvement with the team. On behalf of the Wipeouts Board, I want to send our sincerest apologies and while the season is canceled we will look for unique ways later this Summer to still reward those Seniors! Stay tuned!

We also want to do what we can for the Coaches! Again, stay tuned as we will look for unique ways to support them as well.

Refunds

All refunds will be distributed by check regardless of payment method to the address used during your child’s registration. We will look to process refunds and volunteer holds in the next two weeks beginning April 20^TH.

Donations are being accepted (again please keep in mind the Coaching staff and the Seniors)

The Wipeouts families are some of the best families I know and I understand 100% that this is upsetting. Trust me, it is upsetting for my family. However right now we need to look for opportunities to not only take care of our family but also look for opportunities to take care of others around us and to love on those who may be less fortunate or struggling during this time.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. The Wipeouts Board is already thinking of ways to make 2021 summer swim season one of the best years ever!
