Hey Wipeouts!

It is hard to believe that we are only one days away from our Divisional meet. We have several reminders and things to cover so forgive us for the length of this communication. Please read email in its entirety.

• -Rally Night/Spirit Night is today. We will be heading over to the Cinemark theater for Toy Story 4. The movie begins at 2:50. If you have not gotten your tickets yet, we will have them at the theater if you have already paid. Please disregard your assigned seat on your ticket as we have taken over the entire theater except for 12 reserved seats. Please park on the right side of the theater when you are facing the front of the theater if you would like for your vehicle to get decorated.
• -We also have a spirit night fundraiser at Freddy’s from 4 PM – 8 PM. Make sure that you mention you are with the Wipeouts Swim Team as we get 20% of the sales back as a fundraiser. Why not stop and eat or pick up dinner after the movie…
• -Divisional Meet – Cy Fair Natatorium located 12550 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX 77064 – Set up is Friday night and Saturday morning. ALL swimmers need to arrive no later than 6:30 AM in order to allow enough time for check in and circle in. The pool is an indoor pool but the team set up is outside. There will be no setup inside the natatorium. Please make sure and bring pop up tents, tarps, chairs, sunblock, snacks and plenty of liquids (water preferably) as it is going to be hot! We are responsible for concessions and will have concessions available in the natatorium along with snow cones, Italian Ice and Big 6 BBQ. Please make sure you visit us. We need to sell as much as possible in order to make a great profit. We will have Chick-Fil-A biscuits for sale in the morning as well. WE STILL NEED PLENTY OF VOLUNTEERS for this meet. Just a friendly reminder that every family is expected to volunteer at Divisionals regardless if you have already filled your hours for the season. THIS WILL BE THE TOUGHEST MEET WE HAVE HAD IN YEARS AND WE WILL NEED ALL OUR SWIMMERS TO BE THERE AND TO BE WELL RESTED! 
• -Post Season Invitationals – The post season invitationals are all open for parents to sign up their swimmers. CUT OFF FOR POST SEASON INVITATIONALS IS SATURDAY NIGHT AT 8PM (The night of Divisionals). If you already know what invitational your swimmer is doing, go ahead and sign them up. The Wipeouts pay for your swimmer for one (1) post season invitational only. Please make sure that you are truly planning on swimming in the post season invitational that you sign up for since the team is paying for your entry fees for that meet.
• -Banquet – Banquet is next Thursday (less than a week away). Please click the event and RSVP for the awards banquet. We need everyone to RSVP by Tuesday so we can finalize our food arrangements Awards and trophies will be handed out at banquet. All swimmers meals are paid for by the team. The cost for immediate family members to eat is $10 for the family. Additional people can eat for $5 each. We will be having banquet at Spring Baptist Church Klein Campus (near FM 2920 and Bridgestone). Tickets can be paid for at the door or through our online store found at https://squareup.com/store/wipeouts-swim-team. We will be having food from Italian Cafe (Spaghetti with meat sauce, meatballs, penne pasta with red sauce and Chicken, salad and bread along with dessert.
