Hey Wipeouts!

- The start time for the meet tomorrow is 8:30 AM. Arrival time for all swimmers should be no later than 6:30 AM for an 8:30 AM start. This allows us enough time to check in and circle in our swimmers. Swimmers will check in with the coaches to show that they are present. We will have a volunteer who will circle in the swimmers and list their events on their arms. Swimmers will be in the pool for warm-ups at 7:45 AM. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TILL RIGHT BEFORE THIS AS WE HAVE CHECK IN THE SWIMMERS AND HAVE SCRATCHES DONE SO WE CAN START THE MEET ON TIME!  PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS ABOUT 30 MINUTES FROM OUR POOL TO HIGH MEADOW RANCH SO PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE IT THERE ON TIME!

- Pool information is High Meadow Ranch Pool, 811 High Meadow Ranch Drive, Magnolia, TX 77355. Parking is the side of the street in front of the clubhouse/pool. We will be set under the large covered pavilion.

- Please make sure that your family and swimmers are ready to go. Please remember to bring sunscreen, bug spray, water, snacks, goggles, towels and something to wear over your swimsuit. For this meet will be set up under a large pavilion so not pop up tents are needed.  It is also concrete so you will not need tarps.  Just bring your chairs outside everything else listed above. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR BIG OR LITTLE BUDDY STUFF WITH YOU FOR THE TRADE OFFS!  MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH FOR THE CONCESSIONS AS THEY ARE NOT TAKING CREDIT CARDS.

- Volunteers will check in at our volunteer check in station. If you are signed up for set up, please arrive no later than 6:15 AM.

- Please be prepared to stay for the entire meet. If you are not able to make the meet tomorrow, please email us at [email protected] or use the Coaches Corner contact us form on the web site. If you plan on leaving before the meet ends, please check out with Coach Emma (This is very important for relays and events).

- Please keep track of your swimmers tomorrow and make sure we are paying attention to announcements for events or if your swimmer is called. We must get our swimmers to the Ready Bench quickly and on time when their group is called in order to keep the meet moving quickly.

- The next mid-season invitational is next Sunday, Pentathalon.  Information for the invitational is attached and available under the event as well.  Sign up has to be done by 8 PM tomorrow night. There will be no extensions for this invitational as it has to be turned in on Monday. This is a unique invitational as the qualifying times are figured by adding together your swimmers freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, breast stroke and IM times.They will swim all 5 events at this invitational.  Please note that the location has changed from Klein Collins to Klein High School this year. Entry fee is $35.00 per swimmer as they will swim all 5 events.  If you do not sign up by 8 PM tomorrow night, your swimmer will not swim at Pentathalon!

- We can not wait to see everyone tomorrow morning for our thrid official meet! Remember to make sure your swimmers have a good dinner, appropriate breakfast and have fun while bringing their ‘A’ game and most importantly...
