PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THIS EMAIL IN ITS' ENTIRETY!

For only once this season, we are re-opening the sign up for Tomball Splash Depot today until 8:00 PM.  THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN FOR ANY FURTHER INVITATIONALS.  THERE WILL BE NO EXTENDING DEADLINES FOR ANY INVITATIONALS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON (INCLUDING POST SEASON INVITATIONALS). We are only doing this since it was the first sign up for an invitational using the new system of parent entry.  THIS WILL ONLY BE OPEN TILL 8:00 PM TONIGHT AND NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER THIS FOR THIS MEET OR GOING FORWARD.  Parents please be sure and indicate whether your swimmer will or will not be available for relays.  If you would like for your swimmer to have a chance to swim in a relay, please make sure you indicate Available for Relays, Not available for relays, not available for morning relays or not available for afternoon relays.  If you select that your swimmer will have limited availability for relays, we have no way to go into the system to add them to a relay if one of the not available options is selected (depending on time frame as well - morning/afternoon)

PLEASE NOTE THAT MONEY WILL STILL BE DUE BY TOMORROW FOR ANY EVENTS ENTERED!  Payments may be made or dropped off at practice or you can drop off your cash or check at our lock box (located at 9119 Springcroft Ct, Tomball, TX 77375). The lock box is located on the backside of the column by the front door. Please be sure and include your swimmers name and the events they are registered for.

Parents please pay attention to the emails, Facebook posts and Remind messages that are sent out.  At least three messages were sent out in regards to the deadline for Tomball Splash Depot.  The deadlines for dual meets and Invitational meets can also be found on the Calendar on the main web page!  It is critical that parents pay attention to the communications as this is the fastest and best way to reach out to over 150 swimmers and their families!  There is a lot of work behind the scenes for our Board and volunteers to make the meets and invitationals happen.  Most of us have full time jobs that we have to work around. This is the reason for the early deadlines so that we can ensure that paperwork, entries, relays and everything can be submitted to meet the deadlines for the meets/invitationals.
