Hey Wipeouts!

Hopefully everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather while celebrating Mother's Day (Happy Mother's Day to all our Swim moms)!  A big shout out and thank you to all our Swim Moms for all that you do on your special day!

Just a reminder that if your swimmer is planning on swimming at Tomball Splash Depot (information can be found on the web site under the event when you click it on the right side) next Sunday. The deadline to login into the web site and register your swimmer is tonight at 11 PM (instructions for signing up can be found on the main page of the web site on the right side.  Please understand that the deadline for sign up is different for us than the flyer so we can get all the swimmers registered, fill out the form and get it turned in by the deadline found on the informational flyer (DO NOT GO BY THE DEADLINE ON THE TOMBALL SPLASH DEPOT FLYER AS YOUR SWIMMER WILL NOT SIGNED UP AFTER 11 PM TONIGHT).  This is a very fun invitational with very easy qualifying times and they have lots of awards for the swimmers plus the opportunity for your swimmer(s) to get in some extra times for the season.  Parents this is different than other years as You are responsible for logging in and signing up your swimmers as 'Attending" and selecting their events (they are eligible for).  If you do not sign up your swimmers, your swimmer will not swim in that invitational (unless you want to try and register them on your own- No Guarantees if the invitational will even allow you to do this).  The Wipeouts will not be responsible for registering your swimmers for invitationals or for any missed events that they did not get signed up for.  All payments need to be turned in no later than Tuesday practice.  Payments may be made or dropped off at practice or you can drop off your cash or check at our lock box (located at 9119 Springcroft Ct, Tomball, TX 77375).  The lock box is located on the backside of the column by the front door.  Please be sure and include your swimmers name and the events they are registered for.

Picture Day is this Wednesday, May 15th.  Swimmers will need to arrive at 5 PM.  We will have individual pictures with our team photo.  Please have your swimmers in their Wipeouts Swim Suits for the group photo.  Our Rally Night will follow the pictures with Pizza and Fun and Sno Cones will be available.  The order form for pictures can be found on the right side of the web site.  Please print this out, have it filled out and bring your payment with you to help speed up the sign up an pictures process.

On a side note, due to NWAL rules we will not be making up the meet from yesterday on June 15th.  The meet will go down officially as Draw.  This meet would have had to have been made up before our next meet this coming Saturday and with Mother's Day and STAAR testing this week it would not have been possible.
