Hey Wipeouts!

Time Trials are this Friday and Saturday.  We are monitoring the weather on a day by day basis.  Just a reminder that we DO swim if it is raining.  We are only impacted for swimming if it is a very severe rain or thunder or lightning are present.  Coach Emma has developed a contingency plan in the event of hazardous weather.

Just a reminder that parents need to login into the web site and declare their swimmer's status.  This was to be completed by tonight but we have extended the deadline to tomorrow night (5/1/2019) at 11:59 PM.  Going forward this cutoff will be held to the Tuesday before the meet at 11:59 PM.  If you do not login and declare, your swimmer will default to attending for time trials, dual meets and Divisional meet.  Instructions can be found on the home page on the right side under Forms and Flyers (How to for Job and Swimmer Sign Ups).  More on Invitational meets will be shared at a later time.  This is very important as this makes for a much smoother set up for the meets ad helps speed up the meet setup and allows for a more accurate head count.

Time Trials will be held on Friday evening for our swimmers that are 8 years of age and younger.  The time timeline for Friday evening is as follows: 

- Swimmers should arrive by 5:00 PM

- Warm ups will begin promptly at 5:30 PM

- The official start will be at 6:00 PM which should allow us to wrap up by 8:00 PM

The timeline for Saturday morning for all of our swimmers ages 9 and up is as follows:

- Swimmers to arrive no later than 6:45 AM

- Warm ups to begin at 7:30 AM

- Meet to begin at 8:00 AM sharp and we should be wrapping up noon.

Concessions will be open on Friday evening for snacks and drinks.  Concessions will be open on Saturday morning and we will be offering Chick-Fil-A Breakfast.
