Hey Wipeouts!

As our swimmers are getting in their last minute practices for Invitationals, it is time to switch topics to the End of the Year Banquet/Awards.

This year our banquet will be held at the Inverness Estates Pool/Clubhouse next Monday, June 25th.  The banquet will be picnic style with awards and swim time afterwards.  We will need all families to bring their own chairs and if you want to bring your own pop-up, we could use those as well.  We will set up all our team pop-ups.  The banquet will start at 6:00 PM sharp with awards beginning promptly at 6:30 PM.  Our menu (A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO CATFISH STATION WHO IS SPONSORING THE BANQUET) will consist of catfish, chicken fingers, french fries, and hush puppies (we will have some salad available for some our families that may have dietary restrictions).  We will have lemonade and water available for drinks.  

Please make sure you attend as this is our opportunity to reward all of our swimmers for all their hard work this season!  We have lots to celebrate this year! 

We have opened up the web site for RSVP's for banquet as we need to get an idea of how many will be attending for food and drink quantities.  We will be offering several silent auction items such as swim bags, VIP Parking, gift certificate for couples massage, registrations and other great items.  

The cost for banquet is $10 per family (immediate family).  Swimmers eat free.  Guest(s) who are not immediate family will be $5 per guest.  We can accept cash or checks at the door or you can visit the following site to pay by credit card:

Regardless if you pay by credit card or in person, please visit our main web page and RSVP for the banquet so we can get an accurate head count.  You will see the event on the right side of the main page.  Make sure you are logged in and once you click the event it will open all the upcoming events.  You will click next to banquet where it says RSVP and it will open the page where you are able to RSVP.  We are asking for everyone to RSVP by Friday at 8:00 PM.

After the dinner and awards, we will have time for some fun in the pool to help celebrate our TERRIFIC season!
