Hey Wipeouts!

It is hard to believe that we are one day away from Divisionals!  Hopefully, everyone is excited about our 'Incredible' Rally this afternoon (please park to the right of the theater when facing the theater).  

We have set up tonight at Klein Forest so appreciate everyone's understanding as this is much earlier than previous years.  

Quite a few items for tomorrow's meet:

- Everyone needs to be at Klein Forest and checked in by 6:45 AM sharp.  We have attached a layout of the school for parking as well as a layout of the gym where we will be set up.

- Parents we will not have a lot of room with being inside so please limit your personal items to just chairs, bags and other items.  There is limited room so we will not be able to spread out per family/friends like a typical meet (no blankets, etc).  The gym will be packed with all the teams in the same area in order to keep the meet moving and ensuring good communications.  

- Parents make sure you bring lots of water/sports drinks and healthy snacks as this will likely be a long day (timeline for the meet is attached).  The timeline shows up ending at 3PM and this would reflect no delays or challenges.  Please just use this as a reference and do not count on this for actual times.  This also does not take into account any weather days.  The meet WILL be postponed for thunder/lightning (KISD policy).  This means that we will be waiting for 15 mins after thunder or lightning strikes in the area.  Parents, please do not leave during a delay (no matter how long).  Please plan on being there until the end.  If you have to leave with a swimmer (even if they do not have another event to swim), please check out with coaches.  THIS IS CRITICAL.

- We will be selling Chick-Fil-A bisquits and Taco Cabana breakfast tacos in the morning.  Please make sure you get some breakfast as this is one of our fundraisers for the team.  We will also have the T-Shirt vendor with custom shirts that helps us with fundraising for the team as well

- Do not forget your Buddy items for the variety baskets for tomorrow!

- This will be a very competitive meet by looking at the competition and the way it is lining up.  We need every swimmer there performing their best so please make sure you get plenty of rest.   THIS WILL BE OUR CLOSEST MEET SINCE WE ARE COMPETING AGAINST EVERY TEAM IN THE DIVISION AND IT WILL LIKELY COME DOW TO THE WIRE!
