Hey Wipeouts!

Tonight is practice.  Please ensure that your swimmers bring their fins and they have them labeled with their names. Please make sure your swimmers have water or sports drink as it is getting warm and they need to stay hydrated.  You would be surprised how many swimmer forget to bring something to drink because they are in the water.

Also, swimsuits and merchandise will be available for pickup tonight if you have not picked it up yet.  If you have issues with swimsuit sizes, please bring your swimsuit with you to practice as we will have a box and log to collect these to get them exchanged with Zone.  This will also apply for any merchandise that is not the correct size.

We look forward to seeing everyone tonight!  Our first dual meet is this weekend at High Meadow Ranch.  We will be having Rally night on Friday night.  More information to follow for Rally night and for the meet.  Please make sure that you are utilizing the coaches notebook for any feedback as well as logging  in the meet if your swimmer(s) will not be at the meet.
